World-class automotive helpdesk resources

Through acquisition from clients and independent growth and investment TTA has developed a unique helpdesk facility, equipped with skills and experience in automotive and hi-tech manufacturing operations and used to support communication and learning programs, such as products launches.

The Helpdesk offers call-centre facilities to training and support teams, as well as 'end users' in sales and aftermarket channels. The TTA helpdesk may be booked on a 'pay-as-you-go' basis or for a contract period.

Additionally, TTA offers a full outsourcing services model, taking over the management of internal helpdesk and call centre facilities, transferring staff, assets and resources and providing an accountable helpdesk service back to the client.
