Since January 2009 Pon Academy is the training center of PON Automotive. PON Automotive is the largest importer in the Netherlands and imports the brands Volkswagen, Audi, BWG, Skoda and Seat for over more than  60 years...

PON Academy was established to centralize all training activities and to optimize training organization and administration.  All activities for Sales and After Sales training are coordinated by a group of specialists at the PON Academy.  Annually PON Academy serves ……  students in different courses, of which 10.000 student days technical After Sales Training. 

Problem ?? Question
With the establishment of the Academy came a need for optimally organize training records for all training activities; Especially for After Sales technical training. It was important that all forms of modern administration, e-learning and training data became available in one system .  The current process did not meet here.  The deployment of all brand-specific training had to be ensured through an optimized back office. There was also need for a reporting tool that could not only monitor the quantity but also quality of training. 

Challenge
Through the expansion and development of E-lianz , specifically geared up to the complex training and training needs within Pon Academy  create a flexible, transparant and cost effective administration environment.. Inviting more than 9000 students days a year by creating a special PON administration training secretary team.

Solution
By introducing E-lianz , completely for filling the requirements of PON academy, immediately cost savings occurred. E-lianz  provides direct access to e-learning modules and  all training data. In the near future, all correspondence will be done electronically via email . TTA-International formed a team of special trained PON training secretaries  who can meet at any time to customer demand. 

Result
TTA invites over 9.000 student days annually by successfully using E-lianz.  Also, special projects are organized such as introducing new models and special certification training.
