Hier sind die Niederlande gl\u00fccklicherweise kein Spitzenreiter, aber das Problem besteht. In den Niederlanden betr\u00e4gt das Lohngef\u00e4lle sogar 36 %.<\/p>\n<p>Tatsache: Das Lohngef\u00e4lle kann teilweise erkl\u00e4rt werden.<\/p>\n<p>So berichtet CBS, dass der durchschnittliche Jahresverdienst von Frauen im Jahr 2021 um 36 % niedriger war als der von M\u00e4nnern. Zwei Drittel dieses Unterschieds lassen sich jedoch dadurch erkl\u00e4ren, dass Frauen weniger Stunden arbeiten. Der Unterschied bei den Stundenl\u00f6hnen ist geringer und betr\u00e4gt 13 %.<\/p>\n<p>Mythos: Das Lohngef\u00e4lle ist in Zukunft kein Problem mehr.<\/p>\n<p>Seit 1995 hat sich der Abstand bei den durchschnittlichen Stundenl\u00f6hnen langsam um durchschnittlich 0,5 Prozentpunkte pro Jahr verringert. Bei diesem Tempo werden die L\u00f6hne in den Niederlanden erst im Jahr 2049 angeglichen sein. In der EU wird dies nicht vor 2086 der Fall sein.<\/p>\n<p>Tatsache: Teilzeitarbeit ist oft keine Option.<\/p>\n<p>Das Lohngef\u00e4lle l\u00e4sst sich zum Teil dadurch erkl\u00e4ren, dass Frauen weniger arbeiten, das ist wahr. Allein, mehr zu arbeiten ist oft keine Option, da im Gesundheits- und Bildungswesen oft nur Teilzeitstellen angeboten werden. Au\u00dferdem ist die Kinderbetreuung manchmal unerschwinglich, und Frauen entscheiden sich eher daf\u00fcr, mit ihren Kindern zu Hause zu bleiben.<\/p>\n<\/div><div style=\"text-align:left;\"><a
