Who are we?

TTA International is an international project organization dedicated to Learning and Development in technical industries, with a strong focus on the automotive sector. We create tailored training packages that allow us to support and train trainers, technicians and sales professionals.

We have a large team of specialists, engineers and enthusiasts who live and breathe technical learning and development. We believe in the power of quality knowledge transfer and are passionate about exploring, building and sharing what we know.

What will you do?

You will manage L&D projects from start to finish, working with clients, TTA’s learning experts and account managers to deliver effective solutions. Some projects will take you across Europe for intensive on-site product delivery, while others will have you collaborating with our learning experts to manage the projects for training programs. All types require you to:

Take full ownership: Your project, your approach, your results
Navigate ambiguity: Find structure in complex challenges with multiple moving parts
Coordinate diverse stakeholders: From engineers to training experts to international partners
Manage budgets and timelines: Ensuring projects stay on track while adapting to changing requirements
Problem-solve independently: When things don’t go as planned, you’ll need to find instant solutions

What do you bring?

You are a project manager who thrives on variety and you enjoy finding your own solutions to complex challenges. Most importantly, you can embrace chaos and put structure around it. You value ownership and are comfortable making decisions when there’s no clear playbook to follow.

Additionally:

You have at least a few years of project management experience and can handle projects independently
You have a genuine interest in learning & development and helping professionals grow (we can teach you the specifics!)
You are comfortable managing budgets, timelines, and multiple stakeholders
You are fluent in both Dutch and English (French or German is a plus)
