TTA is an international project organization specializing in Learning & Development, primarily within the automotive industry. Our professional, experienced, and driven team operates from Dordrecht, with colleagues seconded to clients such as Stellantis Nederland and Kia Deutschland.
What you will be doing
As a Learning & Development Specialist at TTA, you will be responsible for developing and delivering a variety of technical training sessions (classroom, virtual, and e-learning), mainly focused on the automotive industry. We are also expanding into related technical fields and technical education. With your didactic skills and creativity, you will contribute to creating various curricula to better meet customer needs. You will ensure that training sessions are equipped with all necessary learning aids and materials. Conveying knowledge in the most didactic and educational way comes naturally to you.
